Arrival Instructions:
Follow the exit sign and look for the Amstar Desk & Representatives wearing a signature blue-flowered shirt outside the terminal.

Your Amstar Representative will greet, get you checked in and escort/direct you to your transfer vehicle. If you are unable to locate your representative/driver, call the Amstar office immediately. +52 998 881 9500


Use this link to familiarize yourself with the airport and location of your Amstar Representatives. www.amstardmc.com/airport-transfers/airport-maps/. Once on Amstar’s site select the airport you will be arriving in for a map to guide you to the Amstar desk/representatives.


In the unlikely event of a deviation from your original arrival flight due to lost connections, flight delay or cancellation, please call Amstar immediately. Amstar requires notification at least 2 hours prior to your original arrival time in order to guarantee the transfer service. Failure to notify Amstar will result in 100% penalty for your arrival transfer. Transfer will not be rescheduled or refunded.


If your luggage is delayed, send one person from your party outside to notify your representative/driver or call Amstar.


Departure Instructions:
You MUST see the Amstar Representative at your hotel, wearing the signature blue floral shirt the day after arrival to reconfirm your return transfer and obtain your pick-up time and location.


If you are unable to locate the Representative, please call the Amstar office during normal business hours.
Please be checked out and at your assigned pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. Failure to present yourself at your scheduled pick-up time will result in a no-show. Transfer will not be rescheduled or refunded.


If you cannot locate your driver, call the Amstar office immediately.


In the unlikely event of a deviation to your original departure flight, please call Amstar immediately. Failure to notify Amstar will result in 100% penalty for your transfer.
